RetroBution - 1027 Dithered/ Retro Profile Pictures!

Perhaps a name is due for this project.. How about "RetroBution - 1027?"

I imagined this collection in the spirit of some bizarre mock-video game from the 98s, perhaps centering around the player journeying through an enormous, gothic megapolis years after it was abandoned following decades-long quarantine. Possibly, during your trek, you must carefully chose with which members of the "merry" band of misfits to form alliance with (as they all have their own agendas - both hidden and otherwise, missions, modus operandi and individuals they will ABSOLUTELY NEVER work with).

What style of a game that would be, is up to you to imagine XD. An First Person immersive sim Deus Ex HR-MD/Dishonored 1-2? A top down game akin to Dark wood/intravenous1-2/Hotline Miami/Sunless Skies-Seas? A deck builder? A 2 bit point-click game? A soulslike?
